Leslie Heisz brings over two decades of experience in investment banking and corporate governance. With a focus on business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, capital structure, and debt and equity financings, Heisz has advised C-suite executives and boards of directors across diverse industries, including technology distribution, insurance, and health care. Heisz also emphasizes finance and analytical strength and general business acumen in her corporate governance experience as a director and committee chairman.

Heisz has served as an independent director at multi-billion dollar companies such as Edwards Lifesciences and Capital Group Private Client Services, as well as for family-controlled private companies. Additionally, she has lectured at UCLA Anderson School of Management and is a delegate to the NACD Audit Committee Chair Council and a member of Tapestry West Network of Audit Committee Chairs.

Heisz holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Economics-Systems Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
