His career has spanned several top companies in the tech industry, including IBM, Lenovo, and Oracle.\

Len received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Hartford and went on to obtain his MBA in Finance from the State University of New York - System. Throughout his career, Len has transformed organizations with career transformation profitability of more than $1 billion. He continues to focus on finding solutions to problems in the global economy for globally integrated business units.
