Before joining Concord, Michael held several senior positions at BMG, including EVP International and EVP Global Marketing. During his tenure, he led the company's efforts to expand into new territories and secure partnerships with top artists and labels. He also played a key role in the acquisition of several music assets, which helped BMG become one of the fastest-growing music companies in the world.

Prior to BMG, Michael worked at Sony Music Entertainment and Warner Music Group, where he developed and implemented successful marketing plans for major acts such as Beyoncé, Michael Jackson, and AC/DC.
