Hamza Grandi is an accomplished senior consultant and technical lead with a robust educational background in information technology and computer science. With an MSC in Engineering Information Technology and a National Diploma in Applied License, Hamza's expertise spans across various industries, from banking and finance to healthcare and consumer goods. As a skilled consultant, he has worked with top-tier companies such as AXA, Novartis, and Heineken, helping them create the digital workforce of the future using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Hamza's journey began as an intern for Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, following which he gained invaluable experience working with companies like BFI Group, 2KiP, and AZEO, developing his skills as a web and mobile developer. His professional career took off after his internship, where he progressed to a senior analyst role in Sharepoint development, working with ENEDIS, Heineken, and Novartis. His work with EDF, where he contributed as a SharePoint developer and consultant, laid the foundation for his transition to the RPA industry.

Hamza currently serves as a Senior Consultant/RPA Technical Lead & Scrum Master for AXA at Avanade, where he focuses on creating innovative solutions that help clients unlock the full potential of automation with RPA and AI.
