Mark Mindorff is an accomplished and results-oriented executive officer with an extensive background in governance review, policy development, business process development, and operational audits. With experience in the public utilities, health care, municipal and private sector operations, he is a versatile leader who thrives in challenging environments. Mark holds an MSc in Physics from the University of Waterloo and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate Program from McMaster University.

Mark currently serves as the CEO/Executive Director at DARTS Transit where he works closely with the board of directors to provide safe, accessible, and efficient transportation services to residents in the Hamilton area. Before joining DARTS Transit, he worked at i3 CanReg as the Director of Operations, SAIC as a Project Manager, Inadvance Information Inc as the Business Process Review/Restructuring consultant, and Ontario Hydro as an International Utility Consultant.
