Meet David Doolabh, a seasoned Customer Service and Contact Centre Specialist with a wealth of experience in managing operations, digitization, negotiation, and business planning. David graduated from Topaz Secondary School and holds several qualifications, including a Diploma in Call Centre Management from WITS Business School, a Higher Certificate in Call Centre Management from Damelin College, and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Management (Cum Laude) from Business Management College of SA.
David worked at some of the biggest names in the business world, including Proudly South, Merchants SA, Ernst & Young South Africa, and Automobile Association of South Africa, where he was National Emergency Contact Centre Manager. Currently, he is the National CC and Psyhco-Social Services Manager, and Acting Digital Manager at loveLife.
David's skills and expertise extend beyond Customer Service and Contact Centre Management. He completed Udemy courses in Mobile App Design, Excel VBA Programming, and Excel Dash Boards.
