Gavin Johnson

Gavin Johnson is a senior vice president at Avison Young, specializing in landlord and tenant representation in the retail and office sectors. He has a vast experience working with national and regional tenants and representing landlords of various sizes. Currently, he represents Pennsylvania-based Wawa in their expansion across North Central Florida and has dealt with high-profile clients like Bojangles’ and Morgan Stanley. Gavin holds a degree in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida and has a rich history of working with different real estate companies before his current role. He is actively involved in the community, serving on the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Newberry and as a board member of the United Way of North Central Florida. In his free time, Gavin enjoys traveling with his family and outdoor activities.
