Tom Basham, a seasoned Enterprise Architect, leads a team of architects for WSP, a well-known global consultancy group. With a 20-year experience in building and delivering enterprise-scale IT solutions, he is an expert in strategic planning, operating model development, mobility, and flexible working. He firmly believes that digital solutions have the potential to simplify people's lives and improve productivity, making a practical difference to organizations.

Tom has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Information systems design from Kingston University. His extensive experience in the industry includes various roles in WSP, Atkins, and Huntsman, where he served as technical director, head of strategy and architecture, architecture and planning manager, among others.

Apart from his professional endeavors, Tom is also the director of Arundel Community Land Trust. In his free time, he likes to read and explore new technologies. Tom splits his time between central London and Surrey, where he lives in West Sussex, UK.
