I have obtained my Bachelor of Laws (Sarajana Hukum, S.H) from the University of Indonesia on January 2015 majoring in Business Law from the International Program.
I started my career at Soemadipradja & Taher, one of Indonesia’s top-tier law firm in July 2015 and joined the firm’s one month internship program in August 2014 prior to graduating from law school.
I am now an associate at Christian Teo & Partners, a Jakarta-based full-service law firm that continues to be recognized as one of Indonesia’s leading corporate & commercial firms.
Most of the works that I do include to assist and advise clients on various Indonesia law matters including, but not limited to:
- transactions (mergers & acquisitions);
- foreign investments;
- venture-capital investments;
- shareholder disputes;
- legal due diligence;
- preparing and reviewing legal due diligence report;
- providing high level legal analysis;
- preparing and reviewing transaction agreements;
- employment settlement;
- liquidation of companies; and
- various other Indonesian law matters.
I also work closely and report ditectly to senior Indonesian lawyers and foreign counsels.
