Stephanie Truong
Stephanie Truong is an accomplished and talented designer with a passion for research, experimentation, and helping others. After studying architecture at the University of Southern California, Stephanie joined the L.A.-based Lifestyle-7 studio, where she gained experience in all aspects of design. Stephanie has since worked on significant mixed-use and retail projects, like the Hollywood and Highland Renovation and Zhuhai Huace International Plaza.
As a research associate and designer at DOSU studio architecture, Stephanie explored artistic and architectural applications of thermobimetals with the guidance of her mentor Doris Sung. Her work there was driven by her interest in sustainability, geometry, and problem-solving. After joining Gensler in 2017, Stephanie has continued her engagement in research and people, working with Frances Anderton from KCRW on Gensler's CONTEXT lecture series, graduating from gConnect, and receiving a research grant from the Gensler Research Institute in 2019.
Stephanie brings expertise in design, research, and mentorship, and has honed her skills in master planning, programming, and documentation. Her interest in people, sustainability, and experimentation guides her work every day. She has worked with renowned architects and educators, and has contributed significantly to the architecture world.
