T'Edra Jackson is an accomplished training professional with expertise in creating and enhancing virtual and in-person experiences. She is skilled in the ADDIE Methodology, workshop design, and facilitation, as well as content creation, delivery, and evaluation. T'Edra also excels in public speaking and panel moderation, and has experience working with a Talent Learning Management System. She holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management (Magna Cum Laude) from Paul Quinn College.

T'Edra has worked as a Training Specialist at Caliber Home Loans, Inc., as well as at Korn Ferry where she was involved in Talent Academy Leadership Development and served as an Associate Recruiter for clients such as Teva Pharmaceutical and Cummins Inc. She also completed the Emerging Leaders Program at JCPenney and held various Learning and Development roles, including an internship in Talent Management and University Partnerships at Wedgewood Inc.
