We specialize in sophisticated estate planning, including cross-border work and serve as family advisors on all personal and business legal issues, such as succession planning, business reorganizations, sales and acquisitions and creation and advice to family not-for profit entities. We also provide representation on estate administration, contested matters, advice to fiduciaries and preparation of prenuptial agreements.
