Animesh Patra is an accomplished SAP Consultant with over 8 years of international experience across Asia Pacific and Europe for IT Transformation Projects. With more than 16 years of experience in the manufacturing, food, airlines, energy & utilities industries, he has focused on operation and maintenance and customer service in various roles as Workstream Lead, Consultant, Functional SME, Onsite coordinator, Test Manager, Defect Manager, Solution Delivery Manager. His IT consulting (SAP) experience includes analysis, design, development, customizations, and implementation of SAP including full life cycle implementation, rollout, template enhancement, customization, integration, testing, and production support. He has expertise in SAP S/4 HANA-Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), Cross Functional in SAP Customer Service (CS), Sales & Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), SAP ABAP (Debug skills), Click Software and Mobile, JIRA, ServiceNow, HP ALM, Citrix, Load Runner, and MS Office.

Animesh has managed the workstream and team via the Agile development framework, advised on complex Client problems across the SAP landscape throughout the project/program lifecycle, and guided the sales teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan, and delivery approach for SAP transformations. He has worked on several IT transformation projects across the globe, including an Energy & Utilities company in Canada/US, Smart Meter integration/Agile Delivery of an Energy & Utilities company in the UK, related to Aircraft maintenance of an Airline company in Japan, a F&B company in the Netherlands, and a manufacturing company in India.

Animesh studied at Rathipur Barada Banipith High (HS) School and Khanjapur Union High (HS) School, and Dadpur Prathamik Vidyalaya, and completed his B.Sc (Honours) in Computer Science, Computer Sc, Mathematics, Physics at Vidyasagar University, and MCA in Computer Application at Institute of Information Technology & Management. Currently, he is a Senior Advisory Consultant - SAP PM/EAM at IBM Global Business Services, and formerly worked as SAP PM Functional Module - Officer at Phillips Carbon Black Limited.
