- Product owner for commercial products - order creation platform, website and App.
-  Shape overall product roadmap for Field Sales, Telesales and Corporate Sales regionally in SEA to achieve overall business objectives.
-  Identify problems to be solved by working closely with commercial stakeholders and Sales team
-  Prioritise features based on effective mental models, feedback loop and metrics measurement.
-  Help Sales to effectively compete, acquire and retain different customer segments with product features.
-  Collaborate with developers and designers to build, measure, learn and iterate on features on products and integration.

Internship (Jan 2020 - Apr 2020)
-  Close partnership with front end engineers to enable leaner UX for internal system by utilizing on Google Analytics data and Kibana logs.
-  Work with internal operation team to understand the user flow.
-  Collaborate with data engineers and core engineers to enable Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementation for core system.
-  Evangelise GTM best practices for core system and beyond.

Ninja Van

- Delivered Ninja Van’s cross border strategies to deliver product and services to targeted client segments (China/Korea/Japan) and cross-sell other lanes and services to existing clients.
-  Worked with internal and external team to identify the root cause of delivery
problems of top tier clients.
-  Developed effective, intuitive onboarding process – design onboarding form, SOPs in accordance to Ninja Van’s guidelines.
-  Developed API guidelines (in Mandarin) for Chinese speaking clients and helped in coordinating API integration process with clients’ IT team.
-  Collaborated with all 6 countries local operations team and local key account managers
