Vince Chandler is a seasoned digital communications expert with vast experience in multimedia production, broadcasting, and journalism. He graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, History, Photojournalism, and Broadcast Journalism.

Chandler co-founded ƒ/4.20 FILMS, a full-service multimedia production company catering to the specific needs of the highly-regulated emerging cannabis industry. He was the Digital Content Manager for National Cannabis Industry Association, where he demonstrated his expertise in digital content management and strategy.

Before joining NCIA, Chandler was a visual journalist for The Denver Post, where he pivoted to communications and political consulting in 2017. He produced and executive produced "The Cannabist Show," a groundbreaking talk show that centered on the news and nuances of the nation's first legal adult-use cannabis industry, and earned the vertical its first EMMY nomination for lifestyle coverage.

Chandler has a background as a Multimedia Journalist at The Denver Post and Multimedia Specialist at Arkansas State University. He is also a former volunteer assistant coach, video coordinator, and videographer at Penn State Ice Hockey, where he demonstrated his skills in video production, graphic design, and multimedia content creation.
