Julie Chance is a leadership and team building consultant with extensive experience and expertise in organizational development, hiring and selection, leadership coaching, and performance optimization. Armed with a BS degree from Louisiana State University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin - Red McCombs School of Business, Julie has spent her career building and leading cohesive teams, as well as consulting organizations to achieve their potential. Julie is the President of Action-Strategies-By-Design, LLC, an authorized partner of Everything DiSC, Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™, and PXTSelect. She is also a certified associate of Inside Trust Assessments. Julie has previously held various leadership positions in Horizon Health, Incarnate Word, The Brown Schools, and Laurel Ridge Hospital. She has also taught as a lecturer in the University of Texas at Austin.
