Jeff Ragot

Jeff Ragot is an IT professional with a diverse background in various tech-related roles. He pursued his Baccalauréat in sciences et technologies industrielles electronique from Lycée Jean Perrin à Saint-ouen L'aumône, and later attained a BTS in Informatique et Réseaux pour l'Industrie et les Services techniques from OIIO Formation.

Jeff's professional journey started with him working as a Technicien informatique in his own company. He also worked as a Développeur VBA at Aviva, where he honed his skills in VBA and gained experience in software development. Later on, he moved to SCC and worked as a Responsable d'équipe / Technicien informatique VIP. During his tenure at SCC, he supported VIP clients and gained significant experience in customer service. After leaving SCC, he joined EY Société d'Avocats as an IT Technician, where he works currently.

Before embarking on his IT career, Jeff worked at SERVAIR, where he worked as an Agent logistique, and at groupe vital as an Agent de support informatique. Jeff's diverse working experience has given him hands-on experience, invaluable skills and knowledge that he's currently leveraging as an IT support professional.
