Jack Cohen, a consultant, facilitator, and coach, specializes in helping individuals, teams, and organizations grow and succeed while staying true to their values. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and earned a Master's degree in Education from the Reach Institute for School Leadership.
Jack's passion lies in fostering connection and growth, transforming workplace conflict into constructive dialogue and helping businesses infuse learning, growth, and excellence into their processes. He has worked with both startups and established organizations, including Microsoft, the World Economic Forum, and Johns Hopkins University.
Jack founded Brain-Based Workplace, LLC, where he offers executive coaching, workshop and retreat facilitation, and organizational development consulting. His focus areas include effective decision-making in teams, constructive conflict management, and strategic time management. Jack's expertise stems from his experience as a Relationship Manager/AVP, Psychology Teacher, and Program Manager at Beneficial State Bank and Foundation, and Envision Academy.
