Matthew Hoffman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategy, innovation, and business development. He has a strong track record of creating value and driving revenue growth through new ventures, business planning, managing teams, deal making, and entrepreneurship. Hoffman studied Public Policy and received his Masters from Harvard Kennedy School and his Bachelor's degree in Public Policy from Brown University. He also attended Sidwell Friends School.

Hoffman has held several leadership positions throughout his career. He is the Managing Partner at HousingTech Ventures and was previously the Director of Health Secure Housing at the Affordable Housing Institute, where he focused on developing new models for affordable rental housing in emerging markets. He was also the Vice President of Innovation at Enterprise Community Partners and served as the Real Estate Developer for Tower Hill Development. Hoffman worked at Business Strategy Group as a Strategy Consultant and was later promoted to Vice President of Business Strategy at BeyondGuide. He has also held positions as Vice President of Ecommerce at Infotech Strategies and Director of Secretariat for E-Commerce at the U.S. Department of Commerce.
