Dixie Crawford is an Indigenous thought leader and organizational coach with extensive experience in public service. She has worked for various organizations, including NSW Family and Community Services, NSW Health, and The Sydney Children's Hospital Network. In 2018, Crawford founded Source Nation, an Indigenous business that advocates for equitable outcomes and better lived experiences for Indigenous Australians. She specializes in creating organizational cultural proficiency, identifying and supporting the growth of Indigenous talent, and achieving business outcomes. Crawford's Indigenous clients engage her to strengthen their leadership capability, develop career strategy, and advance their influence within their organizations and communities. Her non-Indigenous clients engage her to develop their cultural insight and capability when supervising and leading Indigenous staff. Crawford's Solutioning360 Agents program focuses on working with organizations and teams on specific issues relevant to Indigenous staff and/or clients via design thinking frameworks and ongoing project management. She works with state and federal government, corporates, not-for-profit organizations, and Aboriginal community-controlled organizations throughout Australia.
