Nicole (Xiaoxuan) Gu is a product designer with a passion for using design and technology to improve people's lives and make the world function better. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Web Design & New Media from the Academy of Art University and has studied English Language and Literature at San Francisco State University.

Nicole has gained professional experience as a UX Visual Designer at U.S. Bank and as a Product Designer at LogMeIn. She has also worked as a Product Design Intern at Cricket Health, a Corporate Sponsored Design Project UI/UX Designer at General Motors, a UX Design Intern at Rodan & Fields, and a Design Intern at SFMOMA San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.

Nicole is a designer who cares about social good and has a particular interest in clean energy. She has been involved in the Breakthrough Energy organization, which aims to accelerate the transition to a clean energy future.
