Serena Belluschi, a biomedical scientist and stem cell expert, has an impressive academic background with a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Libera Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Haematology from the University of Cambridge. With a passion for cell therapy, Serena is a scientist at Mogrify, where she contributes her skills and expertise to further the field of regenerative medicine.

Serena is also a co-founder of Majicom, a company that seeks to provide sustainable water treatment technologies to communities in Sub-Saharan Africa. She has experience in entrepreneurship, having participated in Allia Serious Impact Accelerator as a member for Majicom and graduated from Cambridge Judge Business School's EnterpriseWISE program.

With additional experience as a member of The Centre for Global Equality and Cambridge Consulting Network, Serena is well-rounded and knowledgeable in various aspects of her field, including marketing strategies and funding campaigns. She has also been recognized as a Code First: Girls certificate holder.
