Tobias Lechtenfeld is an economist and impact investor with a passion for building a net-zero economy and creating value for the world of tomorrow. He has experience working in development finance, impact investing, and business development. Lechetenfeld is an advisor for climate tech startups at 1.5° Ventures and has previously held senior program management roles at the BMZ Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development and as a Task Team Leader for Sustainability Practices at the World Bank Group. He has also lent his expertise as an economist for Operations in the Middle East and North Africa at The World Bank.
