He has extensive experience in consulting, sales, marketing, business development, and operations across the international logistics industry, including port operations, overland, contract logistics, LLP, ocean, and airfreight. Thomas has worked on more than 500 consulting and outsourcing projects, sales excellence programs, customer solutions and projects, change, performance management, and development programs. His successful assignments include change management for sales organizations, conceptual design and implementation of Go-to-Market strategies, supply chain optimization, strategic review and reorganization of various international LSPs, executive search and placement of shareholders, consultancy and recruitment of management, operations, and sales positions, and business and corporate development support for various rapidly growing digital logistics service providers.

Thomas holds a degree in International Transportation from the Professional School of Commerce Logistics Manager and a Diploma from BBS Wirtschaft / DB Schenker Apprenticeship.
