Matthew Rosca-Halmagean

Matthew Rosca-Halmagean is a multidisciplinary professional with a strong educational background in economics and computer science. He holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania, respectively, as well as an IB Diploma Programme and STEM Endorsement from Westchester Academy for International Studies. He was formerly Vice President of Consulting at Penn Blockchain and has also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Houston.
