Nadine Tavera

Nadine Tavera is a highly educated and experienced individual with a passion for community development and disaster recovery. She has studied General Studies at San Jacinto College and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Finance from the University of Houston. Tavera has an extensive professional background and has held multiple positions at BakerRipley, including Director of Performance Management and Project Manager of Workforce Solutions. She has also worked as a Pro-bono Consultant at Mi Familia Vota and as a Fellow with Headstart Network Foundation.

During her time at IBM, Tavera was a Financial Analyst for IBM Research and a Business Controls Analyst for Research & Intellectual Property. Her dedication to diversity and inclusion led her to work as an Intern with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU).
