Caitlin O'Farrell is an accomplished business professional with experience in operations, startup community management, events, marketing, business development, coaching, and online merchandising. She studied entrepreneurship at RMIT University and attended Our Lady of the Sacred Heart College in Bentleigh. In her current position as Head of Operations at Startupbootcamp, she oversees the daily operations of the organization. Previously, she held several roles, including Operations and Startup Community Manager at Startupbootcamp, Events and Marketing Lead at League of Extraordinary Women, and Business Development Account Manager at Cowan. Caitlin has also worked as a student coach and consultant at RMIT University and held several leadership positions in different organizations.
