Joel McAndrew is a Queensland-based property development lawyer with a wealth of experience in residential land, townhouse, and unit developments. Joel's focus is ensuring developers receive commercial legal advice that facilitates 'getting the deal done' without the added headache of cost blowouts that can derail projects. Joel is also well-versed in body corporate titling advice and joint venture agreements.
