Key responsibilities:
• Identify and lead the acquisition process of private 
  practice physicians in key growth markets (25 completed 
  acquisitions).

• Develop marketing and advertising campaigns in each local 
  market to include "Exclusive LASIK Doctor" designation with 
  several professional sports teams.

• Develop business plan with founders to position company to go 
   public and solicit opportunities to be acquired.

Mastering Computers provided instructor-led and web-based Microsoft certified training to technology professionals. 

Key Responsibilities:
• Product development and management for new training products.

• Work with Sr. Management to identify growth and human capital

  eventually be acquired.

• Develop local, regional and national advertising campaigns to 
  promote training products and upcoming training classes.

• Develop relationships and programs with key channel partners.
