Vice President & Managing Partner

Created and implemented several key strategic sales initiatives that further enabled my Reps to help their customers be more successful in utilizing our technology staffing and services across North America. These initiatives led to increased market share with many of our existing customers while acquiring 90 net new clients, many of whom are leading North American or Global technology service organizations.Accomplishments:■ Increased our company win ratio by 60% over a 2 year period by implementing a more consultative sale model. By extension, many of our customers that we service under our white-labelled model also recognized positive increases in their win ratio’s as well which impacted their revenue and profit streams favourably.■ Won IT staffing and/or technology services RFPs with 5 Global Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).■ Developed new white-labelled service offerings that enabled our customers to sell more staffing and technology field services.■ Helped enhance our field services capabilities/coverage to include expanded same business day (SBD) services across Canada.

Director of National Sales

Shortly after taking on national sales responsibilities for Canada, I made a strategic decision to expand our IT staffing and technology field services into the US market which opened up a new revenue and profit stream and increased our value layer with several key customers.Accomplishments:■ Landed 45 net new customers, most of whom are North American or Global technology companies.■ Implemented a Strategic Account Plan methodology to help my Sales Team get deeper and wider in their key accounts thus increasing our revenue streams and value.■ Implemented a tiered sales support model where the Outbound Sales Reps were supported by an Inside Sales Team thus increasing the capacity for the Sales Reps to spend more time building and nurturing relationships and driving more business.

National Sales Manager

After successfully managing our Software Development and Operations Teams to positive results, coupled with a consistently strong Sales performance, I was promoted to a Sales leadership role which included day-to-day account management responsibilities while operating at a more strategic level. The role quickly evolved to include managing our Recruitment Team as well.Accomplishments:■ Targeted and landed 24 net new customers: large enterprise clients and SMBs.■ Developed a white-labelled sku’d installation offering that helped several of our customers to increase their services attach rates to their hardware sales.

Sales Manager - Central/West

While also working as a National Account Executive, I did double duty for over 2 years as our National Resource & Service Manager responsible for hiring, training, and managing our Operations Team consisting of Recruiters, Services Coordinators, and Project Coordinators. In this role, I developed the Recruiter commission plan, engineered and documented our Recruitment and Service Delivery processes, and established key operating performance metrics and KPIs that we consistently exceeded driving customer satisfaction up.Knowing the ever-evolving nature of the technology industry and the impact the IT skills gap was having in North American, I developed a proactive, robust, and sustainable resourcing methodology that included tapping into the next generation in skilled IT labour by developing strategic partnerships with various public and private educational institutions across Canada who we consistently source talent from.In an effort to stay technical from a software perspective, I became our System Administrator for Quick Base, a rapid application development tool we use to design and build 75+ applications to meet our business requirements as well as several of our customers’ needs.

National Resource & Service Manager

As PeopleToGo’s first Sales Rep, I was responsible for managing 20+ key accounts (mostly leading technology companies), building and nurturing relationships with key business stakeholders, driving a consistent pipeline of IT Staffing and technology field services opportunities in Canada, sustained revenue/profit growth, and overall customer satisfaction. Accomplishments:■ Targeted and landed 18 net new customers.■ Award: in November 2004 and in partnership with CompTIA and the Scarborough Training Centre International Inc., PeopleToGo’s Founder & CEO and I received a plaque from Mary Anne Chambers, Ontario’s Minister of Advanced Education and Skills Development, for our role in administering employment opportunities to students in an IT Apprenticeship program which at the time, was acknowledged as one of the most successful initiatives of its kind in the province.

National Account Executive

- Designed and developed our original web site in 2001/02.■ 	Designed and developed an online workflow software which we ran our staffing business on and sold to a few customers under a monthly subscription model. We aptly called this application Resource Software Solutions (RSS) which included the following modules: work order, time/expense reporting, and billing along with an assortment of logistical & management reporting capabilities. RSS was integrated with our Applicant Tracking, Financial, and Pay Roll Systems.■ 	Hired and managed a group of Software Developers to meet programming milestones.

Web Developer

Worked as a Sales Coordinator selling memberships, gym apparel, and nutrition supplements to new and existing customers. I also developed personal training programs to help members achieve their fitness objectives.Accomplishments:■ Increased membership by 20% in less than six months.

As a young child, I had a passion for world history, languages, and different cultures which shaped my dream to live and work in Europe. After finishing university and saving up enough money, I left Canada and moved to Prague in the Czech Republic and took a job as an English Language Facilitator teaching conversational English primarily to Senior Management & Executives of large multi-national corporations and Czech companies. Given many of my customers/students worked in the business world, I customized my classes to meet their specific learning needs whether it be banking/finance or just improving their fluency allowing them to converse more like a native speaker.I’m proud to say that I’m still friends with a number of my ex-students many years later.■ Quickly became the busiest and most requested English Teacher in my school.
