Mordy Walfish is a highly accomplished and experienced non-profit leader with a diverse and impressive background. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Studies and German from the University of King's College/Dalhousie University. He then went on to obtain a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from New York University, followed by a Master of Arts in Comparative Literature from Northwestern University.

Throughout his career, Mordy has held numerous leadership positions, including his current role as Chief Operating Officer at Leading Edge HQ, a non-profit consulting firm that helps organizations optimize their human capital strategies. Prior to this, he served as Acting CEO, Deputy Director, and Vice President for Programs at Leading Edge HQ's sister organization, Repair the World, which focuses on engaging young people in service opportunities.

Mordy's extensive experience also includes serving as Program Manager and National Program Director at Repair the World, as well as leading Holocaust education programs at the Atlantic Jewish Council. He has also worked as a Project Associate for the NYU Wagner Advanced Project in Management at the Hebrew Free Loan Society, and as the Assistant Director/Director of Special Projects at the Berman Jewish Policy Archive @ NYU Wagner. Earlier in his career, Mordy held leadership positions at Camp Ramah Wisconsin.
