She then joined Kincannon & Reed in 2003 as a Research Associate and has been promoted to Senior Associate and Director of Research. Florrie is a generalist who has worked in several industries, including Financial Services, Life Sciences, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Not-for-Profit, and Higher Education. She is known for her expertise in online research, and she has trained many executive search associates across North America on internet research techniques.
