Vyas is currently a channel partner and direct sourcing agent for ICICI Banking Group, ICICI Venture fund management company, and ICICI Investment Banking. His primary focus is on infrastructure-linked businesses such as transportation, shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, waste management, IT, and game portals. He is also interested in water treatment ventures, power and telecom sectors, education, training institutions, food processing and wealth management services.

Vyas is associated with ICICI Venture, one of the largest and most successful private equity firms in India. ICICI Venture has funds under management in excess of USD 2 billion and has built an enviable portfolio of companies across sectors such as pharmaceuticals, information technology, media, manufacturing, logistics, real estate, and textiles.
