Jon Deats is an experienced Information Security Executive with a background in security strategy, technical security delivery, project management, and operations improvement. Over the years, Jon has specialized in areas such as identity and access management, insider/internal threat, risk analysis, audit remediation, and behavioral analysis.

Throughout his career, Jon has held various leadership positions, which have given him the knowledge and expertise to succeed in his current role as Head of Cyber Technology and Identity Services at TIAA. Prior to his current job, Jon served as Technology Executive at Wells Fargo, BISO Operations Executive at Bank of America, and as an Information Security Operations Analyst Senior at Experian.

Jon is well-educated, holding degrees in MIS, Management Information Systems, General, and MIS, MIS MKTG from Texas A&M University. Additionally, Jon has studied CEH, IPS, CEH at InfoSec Institute, and holds certifications in CISSP CEH.
