- Responsible for launch of a new product – Otrivin Oddychaj Czysto, executing company's strategy of entering into a new category of saline waters
-  Due to COVID-19 implications, conducted full rework of business case that required alignment with stakeholders on all levels to adjust it to the new business circumstances
-  Together with regional brand team, organized a PR campaign – innovative exhibition at Centrum Nauki Kopernik to raise the awareness on the importance of clean breathing that corresponds to the new product unique value proposition
-  Coordination of ATL campaigns – from assets production to media strategy development in cooperation with media house;
-  On top of Otrivin duties, during brand manager absence, overtook responsibilities and led the 2nd biggest GSK brand – Rutinoscorbin; among others coordinated local TV advertisement production (shoot + post production) which is currently on air

Brand Manager – Otrivin

- Coordinated projects on two brands from various categories (OTC medicine and Oral Healthcare) which required adaptation skills
-  Introduced a new Corega campaign as the first market in Europe: adapted TV advertisement & digital assets and created an entirely new website
-  Conducted brand revision and created new portfolio strategy for Corega; it was accepted by the leadership team and approved for execution
-  Worked with numerous creative agencies from Poland (Grey, VMLY&R), from abroad (Hogarth Romania, CMG Russia) and a media house (Publicis)

Junior Brand Manager – Theraflu, Corega

- Led Aquafresh rebranding – whole portfolio was incorporated into Odol – a local well-performing brand. Responsible for strategy preparation with tailor-made plan for the biggest retailers for them to successfully implement portfolio change
-  Assignment required high agility and quick induction to a different market (CZ&SK), channel (mass market vs. pharmacy) and category (OHC vs. OTC)

Junior Brand Manager – international assignment in Prague

- Managed 5 national pharmacy chains with 150 pharmacies in Poland
-  Built successful partnerships with clients to create joint business plans
-  Organized additional tailor-made activations, driving client's engagement
