Marcus Coghlan is a seasoned design researcher, problem solver, and strategic thinker. With over 15 years of experience working in the digital product industry, Marcus has led research, design, and the development of products used globally. Currently, he holds the role of Sr. Manager of GBU UX Research at Oracle's Construction and Engineering Global Business Unit. Prior to this, he has held several key positions at Aconex, including lead UX researcher, product designer, and senior interaction designer, among others. Marcus has also worked as a senior client-side developer at AT2 and Rich Internet Application Engineer at Defide Inc. Marcus's work contributes directly to organizational alignment, innovation development, and thought leadership. Marcus is an experienced and comfortable team leader who collaborates with great people to seek out and understand people's unmet needs and supports the design of solutions that deliver the desired outcomes for everyone involved.
