Michael Sudyk

Michael Sudyk is a leader and entrepreneur who is passionate about investing in people to create a positive impact in the world. With a background in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics/Physics from the University of Notre Dame and Bethel College, respectively, and experience in various roles such as Application Engineer at Crane Composites, Owner of Sudyk Brothers Construction, and President of Grand Rapids Tech List, Michael has honed his skills in leadership, technology, and business. Currently the CEO of EC Group International, he helps software leaders expand their development capacity through teams of exceptional people, resulting in consistently delivering quality products and growing their businesses. Michael also founded Waypoint, a startup by EC Group, which provides a tool for growing companies to create the best teams possible. His dedication doesn't stop there as he invests in non-profits serving the underprivileged, using the profits generated from EC Group.
