Robert Eriksson is a technology executive with a passion for Agile methodologies, DevOps, and building high-performing engineering teams. He is currently the Digital CTO of Group Transformation at Lloyds Banking Group, where he leads Digital Technology across the organization. With a Degree of Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from The Institute of Technology at Linköping University, Eriksson has worked with numerous organizations, including Royal Bank of Scotland Group, Post Office, Accenture, and Slalom. He is a keen runner, black belt Karate enthusiast, husband, and father of three.
