Gauri Gadgil is a seasoned academic administration professional with over 16 years of experience in the field. She is well-versed in managing academic ERP systems and has worked in various universities and colleges affiliated with the University of Pune, a Deemed University (SIU), and a State Private University (MITADTU) over the course of her career. Gauri has vast knowledge of academic structures, examination processes, credit-based academic structures, CGPA based examination processes, academic ordinances, and administrative processes. She has also worked as an NAAC coordinator and knows about the NBA accreditation processes. Moreover, she has experience in generating academic, fees reports, and team management.

Gauri has a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Arihant College - University of Pune. She has also pursued an MCM in Information Technology and a B. Com in Commerce from the University of Pune.

Gauri has worked with multiple organizations throughout her career, holding various positions such as Deputy Registrar at St. Mira's College for Girls, Coordinator at Symbiosis Institute Of Computer Studies And Research, and former University Coordinator at MIT Institute of Design, among others. She is currently serving as the Center Head at Naandi Foundation.
