Throughout his career, Marco has worked for several blue-chip companies like Kellogg Company, Procter & Gamble, and SCA - Hygiene and Forest Products Company, where he held management positions in various roles within the marketing department. He also served as the Senior Brand Director for Burn and Predator EMEA at Monster Energy, where he managed a portfolio of brands with end-to-end responsibilities ranging from portfolio strategy, new product development, and go-to-market planning.

Marco has a broad and impressive skill set that includes expertise in strategic management, product management, innovation, advertising, 360-communication development, and P&L management. He's also well-versed in consumer research and understanding, having worked in diverse brand categories ranging from personal care and beauty to hygiene, fragrances, snacks, and drinks.
