With a diverse educational background, including a Masters of Science in Health and Movement Science from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from James Madison University, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Liz is an expert in her field.

Liz is a Founding Coach at TONAL, a former Ambassador at lululemon athletica, and an accomplished coach and athletic trainer for a variety of organizations, including the Golden State Warriors, The North Face, Nike, and more. She has a passion for injury prevention and education and uses her expertise to improve content, scientific integrity, and curriculum for fitness companies.

Additionally, Liz works one-on-one with clients to address postural issues, decrease pain, and achieve fitness and movement goals with her unique and holistic approach to movement and emotional experience.
