Jens Wiemann is a seasoned Senior Manager and Design Strategist with a wealth of experience in digital business transformation, customer experience, and team leadership. His expertise spans across industries, having contributed to a variety of client projects, including designing a new E-mobility launch strategy for VW, redesigning Lufthansa's business class onboard service experience, and developing IKEA's Trådfri Smart Home Lighting system. Jens has played a significant role in the new CX, Applied Design, and Innovation Talent Group within the Deloitte Consulting GmbH, where he focuses on bringing visionary ideas to life and shaping brand perceptions and offerings globally. In addition to his work at Deloitte, he also serves as Head of Design at the German startup Modern Love School, where he enhances the digital eLearning platform's user experience and overall design. Jens began his career in editorial design, working as an Art Director for several print publications, including brand eins and ECONY magazines, and McKinsey's corporate publication McK Wissen. He studied Communication Design at the IND in Hamburg and has received several awards for his editorial and web design work.
