Scott Ellison, a former COO and Co-Founder of AER by Helios, is now a Senior Director of Operations at Eaze, the leading cannabis technology platform. He studied Economics and Religious Studies at Lewis and Clark College before starting his career at Survival Systems as a Senior Account Executive/Technical Recruiter. With his experience in embedded software recruiting, he became a Partner & Manager of Embedded Software Recruiting at Survival Systems. Before joining Eaze, he co-founded and served as a COO for DYME Brands, Inc., and as an SVP of Operations, and Chief Operating Officer of RISE Logistics, which was later acquired by DYME Brands, Inc. Prior to that, he was a Solutions Architect at Elixir Technologies. Ellison was also an Advisor at Native Sun Wellness for some time. He led the effort to make their operations and infrastructure sustainable while also maintaining their affordability. Additionally, Ellison co-founded Headwaters to empower the cannabis industry with technology.
