Pierre Morgon is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the global pharmaceutical and healthcare IT industry. He is currently the CEO and Founder of MRGN Advisors and Regional Partner for Switzerland at Mérieux Développement. Additionally, he chairs the board of Theradiag, Eurocine Vaccines, MYCB1, and HTH, and serves as a Non-Executive Director to the Board of Vaccitech and Univercells. Morgon holds a Doctorate of Pharmacy from Lyon University, a Master in Business Law from the Lyon Law School and an MBA from ESSEC, France. He has also completed executive programs at INSEAD, IMD, and MCE.

Throughout his career, Pierre Morgon has developed expertise in marketing and commercial positions, from product marketing at the country level to global marketing strategy. He has acquired direct experience with blockbuster products in diverse markets such as primary care, specialty care, hospital, vaccines, and biotechnology, in geographies such as the US, Europe, Japan, China, India, Emerging Markets, and in organizations such as Synthelabo, Aventis Pasteur, Yamanouchi Pharma, BMS, Drug Abuse Sciences, Schering-Plough, Bio Alliance Pharma Sanofi Pasteur, Cegedim and AJ Biologics.

Morgon is also an alumnus of INSEAD, IMD, and MCE executive programs. He has spent two years at ICI-Pharma and eight years at Synthelabo, a division of L'Oreal, before moving on to Aventis Pasteur in 1998. With his pivotable competencies and execution abilities, he has been cultivated as a Certified CxO at Chiefs on Demand, enabling him to provide SMEs with greater access to expertise.
