April Lanford is a seasoned professional with a passion for preserving and protecting historic artifacts and works of art. She has extensive knowledge about antiques, artwork, conservation, and care of collections, as well as museum-quality framing, design, and display. April has unparalleled experience in the successful recovery of fine art and antique collections in large-scale disasters nationwide.

April studied BFA in Painting, Drawing, Scientific Illustration, and Art History at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Throughout her career, she has held various positions in organizations, including Founder at Artifact Services, Founder at Provenance, Vice President at DPR and The Conservation Center, Curatorial Assistant at The Union League Club of Chicago, Frame Conservation Intern at The Art Institute of Chicago, Client Services Representative at Carlyle Funding, and Store Manager at Michaels Arts and Crafts.
