Amanda has pursued educational excellence throughout her career, earning a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University, and a Master of Arts in Workplace Learning - Adult Education from Texas State University. Her diverse and impressive resume includes a variety of experiences in higher education, military, and corporate contexts. Amanda has served in various instructional design roles, including Instructional Design Supervisor at The Home Depot, Instructor at Texas State University, and Technical Trainer/Instructional Designer at Harte Hanks. Amanda has also worked as a Training Coordinator at Keurig Green Mountain and an Instructional System Specialist at Austin Community College. Prior to her career in adult training, Amanda served as an Avionics Technician in the United States Navy.
