Ravi graduated from Madras University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science. He has worked with several organizations, including Cognizant, where he served in various roles, from Software Technical Lead to Consulting/Engagement Leader. With his self-designed framework CRAFT (Create, Reuse, Add-on/Amplify, Fix, and Transform), Ravi has solved complex problems and helped organizations achieve their vision through successful work structures.
