Ken Wu
Ken Wu is a renowned innovator and healthcare technology expert who is passionate about bringing revolutionary medical technologies to both providers and patients. Wu holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science from Stanford University and a B.S.E in Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University. He has worked in various leadership positions in multiple organizations, including Presidio Medical, Siris Medical, and the Fogarty Institute for Innovation. Tai Chi, in his spare time, is a practice Wu shares with former President Barack Obama as a way of managing stress.
Wu uses his years of experience to provide guidance in fields such as medical device innovation consulting, product development, and R&D program management. Additionally, Wu teaches at places like the Medical Device Innovation Consulting as an instructor in Medical Innovation. An experienced mentor and advisor, Wu has worked with startups such as Highway1, InSite Medical, and others. He was also the President of the Stanford Biodesign Alumni Association (SBAA) where he contributed to the growing alumni community.
