Howard Sublett is a seasoned executive, experienced in the agile and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Product Owner/CEO at Scrum Alliance, his extensive knowledge in the agile space spans over 15 years. Howard has worked in various leadership positions over the years, from agile coach to Director Community Development at Accenture - SolutionsIQ, to Senior Cat Herder (Director of Business Development) at BigVisible Solutions. His diverse experience has given him a range of capabilities from understanding the needs of teams, the struggles of hiring managers, and the need for agile in businesses for sustainability. Howard comes from a business owner background, which he brings to Scrum Alliance now that he works there.

As the CEO of Scrum Alliance, Howard is a champion of the community, working tirelessly to further the agile movement, transform workplaces, and improve the lives of over one million community members.
