Chuck Russell is a seasoned banking industry professional with over two decades of experience in retail and loans, primarily focusing on operations and project management. He graduated from Regis University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in Business Administration, Management, and Operations, with a 3.94 GPA, and obtained his Master of Business Administration degree, specializing in Operations and Project Management, with a 4.0 GPA in 2019.

Chuck is the current Vice President Regional Operations Officer of BOK Financial, a financial services organization that caters to the complete financial needs of businesses and consumers in seven US states. Prior to assuming his current role, he worked with companies such as Colorado Business Bank, Vectra Bank Colorado, Compass Bank, SouthTrust Bank, and Tanning Technology, where he managed numerous successful projects, including the Synergy Project, enterprise email enhancements, and automation implementation projects that created personnel and time efficiencies for internal systems.

Chuck's accomplishments include increasing branch audit ratings year over year by at least 15%, leading the Teller/Deposit Capture roll-out project, and serving as a project management lead.

In his free time, Chuck enjoys golfing, and is an active member of various organizations in the community, where he volunteers to help people in need.
